I have been informed of the following:

1. The controller of the personal data is the Company with its registered office at 38 Sloneczna St., 00-789 Warsaw, Poland.
2. My personal data will be processed for the period and purpose of responding by the Company to the inquiry submitted by me and for any further related correspondence. In the event of establishment of cooperation with the Company, the duration and scope of processing of my data will undergo mutually agreed modification.
3. In the event that the Company takes up the performance of services for me, my personal data may be entrusted to third parties cooperating with the Company (e.g. lawyers, accountants, appraisers, translators, accounting firms).
4. My personal data will not be transferred outside the European Union and will not be the subject of profiling.
5. I have the right to access my personal data and to request rectification, deletion, or limitation of processing of the data.
6. I have the right to object to processing of data and the right to transfer of the data.
7. I have the right at any time to withdraw consent to processing of my personal data, but exercise of this right will not affect the effectiveness or legality of processing performed prior to withdrawal of my consent.
8. I have the right to file a complaint with the president of the Personal Data Protection Office if the Company violates the rules for processing of my personal data.
